I love to connect dots and I’m a able to see underlying connection between people and/or events, which helps me reach out-of-the-box solutions and help my team and customers get the best from what they are looking for.

@bilal Basically, after I did the test, I got Creativity as my Strength, which makes sense… this is what allows me to connect the dots in different ways… Those assessment result were really interesting…

What strength would you like to improve?
@daramouracade I always do my best to find new ways to do usual & common things… at the same time, being able to find a creative approach to do things even at the last minute makes consistency and persistence strengths I would love to improve!
